About this event
An afternoon to pause, release, and reconnect with yourself.
We’ll begin with a gentle walk and a short talk on burnout from Chapter 22, creating space to slow down and step away from the pace of everyday life.
From there, we move into a guided movement and breath session using simple exercises inspired by kickboxing - a safe and healthy way to release built-up tension and stress from the body.
We then shift into a softer, more feminine way of moving, with an upbeat belly dance–inspired session focused on the hips - helping you reconnect, feel lighter, and let go in a different way.
We’ll finish with a calming facial massage tutorial using natural oils with Harmony Wellness, followed by quiet journaling with Choose You Journal prompts and a warm drink.
No experience is needed for any part of the afternoon - everything is guided gently, and you are free to take it at your own pace.
